Our dog is a rescue and a bit of a nervous nelly but never shows any fear or anxiety when we take him. The staff are incredibly friendly. The cage free environment is a must for our pup. He had a very stressful day today after getting sprayed in the face by a skunk in our back yard. They fit him right in the schedule and he came back smelling and looking great. Good enough to cuddle with this evening! Thank you!

They genuinely care about your pet and make it a worry free experience. They take the time to ask questions and find the best services for your dog. First thing I noticed walking in was not only a friendly face to greet me but it smelled great and was very clean. They use all the best products and even have a selection of products in the lobby for purchase. The desk person was very knowledgeable and helped set up an appointment and also had one of the groomers come over to talk with me about the grooming process and what cut would look best on my dog... since this was my first time. Overall it was a great experience for me AND my pooch!
